Trip FAQs

Transportation, equipment, accommodations and most meals (excluding meals on the road).

Most trips are designed for beginners; however, some trips have prerequisites that must be met prior to the trip. Any prerequisites will be explained at registration.

Outdoor Adventures trips require some level of physical exertion. It is important to consider your current level of physical fitness and any other limitations you may have when deciding to participate in any of our activities. For clarification on any activities and the difficulty, please ask an OA staff member.

The goal of a pre-trip meeting is to better prepare you for your trip experience.  All overnight trips have a mandatory meeting that takes place the Wednesday before the trip departs. Pre-trip meetings include: reviewing trip policies, finalizing itineraries, discussing the meal plan, reviewing the packing list, and issuing equipment. Participants should not register for the trip if they are unable to make this meeting. Participants who do not attend mandatory meetings will forfeit their spot and payment will not be refunded.
