Member Services is your first connection in supporting your well-being. We aim to serve your needs as a member or guest through efficient and effective communication. We strive to ensure you feel knowledgeable, supported, and validated in every interaction. From registering you for a course to renewing your membership, we look at how all your needs can be met in the present moment and continue to be met in the future. It is our goal to provide nothing less than excellent customer service each time you visit our office and continue to build a strong community of individuals here at UNC Greensboro.

Locker and Towel services

Inclusive, Men’s, and Women’s locker rooms are located on the first floor of the Kaplan Center. Visit the Welcome Desk to purchase both locker and towel service.

  • All rental lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • An active membership is required to purchase locker service. 
  • Locker service is not eligible for payroll deduction. 
  • Leaving food in lockers is prohibited.
  • The renter can change their locker combination upon access to the locker. 
  • Contents left in expired lockers will be bagged and held at the Welcome Desk. Any contents unclaimed will be donated at the end of the month. 
  • Report any issues with your locker to the Welcome Desk.
  • An active membership is required to purchase towel service.
  • Towel service is not eligible for payroll deduction. 
  • One bath towel per patron, per visit.
  • All towels must be returned to the Welcome Desk before exiting the facility.
