Family Recreation
We invite you to bring your family to use the Kaplan Center. Families are welcome to use the pools, courts, studios, climbing wall, track, and lounge areas (specific activity restrictions may apply) during Family Recreation hours. Register up to four (4) minors, 17 years of age or younger, at the Welcome Desk to take advantage of this service.

Family Recreation Hours
- Academic Semester (Fall and Spring) Hours: Friday at 3:00PM – Sunday at 8:00PM
- Fall 2023 | August 1, 2023 – December 22, 2023
- Spring 2024 | January 2, 2024 – May 5, 2024
- Summer Semester Hours: All operating hours
- Summer 2023| May 8, 2023 – July 31, 2023
- Summer 2024| May 6, 2024 – July 31, 2024
Guidelines
- The sponsoring member must have an active Recreation and Wellness membership.
- Minors are only eligible to utilize Recreation and Wellness facilities during Family Recreation hours.
- Minors are eligible to utilize the pools, courts, studios, climbing wall, track, lounge areas, and Piney Lake (specific activity restrictions may apply). Minors are not eligible to use weight or cardio equipment.
- The sponsoring member must accompany minors at all times and assumes full responsibility for all actions and behaviors of their minor(s).
- Minors are responsible for adhering to RecWell policies and procedures. Failure to comply with policies and procedures could result in termination of membership privileges.
- The Minor Guest Pass Waiver must be completed by the legal parent/guardian for each minor 17 years of age or younger.
