Make a splash poster

Make A Splash is an event designed to provide UNCG students with the opportunity to engage with same-age-peers, who have physical and/or cognitive limitations, for a day of fun water-related activities. Volunteers will be provided with training and education about adaptive fitness prior to the event. Athletes will be members of the UNCG community who are 12 years or older and are diagnosed with a physical or cognitive limitation.

During the event athletes and peers will be divided into groups with a fitness instructor to participate in a variety of activities, such as water Zumba. All participants will be provided with water safety equipment.

RSVP by April 2nd to Blake Sigmon at sbsigmon@uncg.edu to participate.
