Student Memberships
Currently enrolled UNCG students paying the Student Activity Fee are automatically Recreation and Wellness members with access to indoor facilities, outdoor spaces, programs, and services using their UNCG SpartanCard.
Currently enrolled UNCG students not paying the Student Activity Fee (example: online students, students in a dual program with another University, or students taking courses at the Union Square campus) have the option to purchase a UNCG Affiliate Student membership.
UNCG Students who are registered for the previous spring semester and upcoming fall semester but either 1) not registered for the summer semester or 2) not paying the Activities fee if registered for summer classes have the option to purchase a Student Summer membership.
Membership dates
- Fall 2023 | August 14, 2023 – December 22, 2023
- Prorate Dates | October 11, 2023 and December 1, 2023
- Spring 2024 | January 2, 2024 – May 5, 2024
- Prorate Dates | March 11, 2024 and May 1, 2024
- Summer 2024 | May 6, 2024 – August 18, 2024
- Prorate Dates | June 26, 2024 and August 1, 2024
