Cardio Kickboxing w/ Meghan

Cardio Kickboxing is a martial art inspired class with fast-paced cardio workouts. This non0contact, full body workout will get your heart racing and leave you feeling empowered. You will learn how to safely go through series of stances, punches, and kick combinations (that can be modified to be low or high impact). Come improve your agility, speed balance, flexibility, stability, and coordination. No equipment is required.
