Class descriptions

  • Les Mills BODYPUMP: A full body workout that builds strength endurance and leaves you feeling strong, fit, and euphoric.  Across 10 high-energy tracks, you hit every major muscle group with squats, deadlifts, clean-and-presses, and more.  This smart format pushes you further and sets you up with results you can see and feel. 
  • Pilates: A low-impact form of exercise that uses your own body weight on a floor mat to build core strength, flexibility, and balance.  All levels welcome.
  • Beginner Pilates: New to Pilates? No problem. Learn the basics of this low-impact form of exercise that uses your own body weight on a floor mat to build core strength.
  • Power Pilates: Power Pilates is a dynamic hour long full-body workout that blends Pilates principles and strength-building movements. In this class we will focus on deep core activation, flexibility, and strength training.  
  • Les Mills CORE: This full-body class sculpts and strengthens your abs, glutes and back. Want to get better at everything you do? This workout will make it happen. Science shows it improves stability, elevates speed, and assists injury prevention.
  • Les Mills RPM: Feel the beat. Push the pace. RPM™ is where you ride to the rhythm. Set your own resistance, and let the music guide your cycle journey. RPM will shift your cardio fitness to a higher gear.
  • Les Mills BODYCOMBAT: A high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout that gets your heart raceing and your whole body energized.  Kick, punch, sweat, and strengthen. No contact, just pure power.  BODYCOMBAT improves fitness, agility and speed, releases stress and leaves you feeling invincible. 
  • Cycle: Ride your way toward improved fitness with varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat roads and more. This cardio workout will keep your heart rate up and your mind engaged. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor by controlling your resistance and speed to match your personal fitness level.  Please arrive early to set up your bike. 
  • Athletic Conditioning: A high-energy, full-body workout designed to improve athletic performance, strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. Combining HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), strength training, and plyometrics, these classes use bodyweight and equipment to boost metabolism and build a resilient body. All levels welcome. 
  • Jump & Groove: Move to the Beat is a high-energy fitness class that combines cardio, individuality,  and dance-inspired exercises with your favorite beats! Get ready to jump, move, groove, and sweat while building endurance, improving coordination, and having fun. No dance experience is needed, just bring your energy, comfortable clothes, and be ready to move!

  • Hip Hop Cardio: Hip Hop Cardio is a dance-based fitness class revolving around Hip Hop and other similar music. It is a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves to create a balanced workout. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required. 
  • ZUMBA: A mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required. 

  • Les Mills BODYBALANCE: A yoga-based workout with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to music.  It will improve your mind, body, and life. 
  • Yoga: This class improves strength and flexibility through concentrated breathing and stretching poses while focusing on proper body alignment.  All levels welcome.  
  • Flex and Stretch Yoga:Feel good flow meets deep stretch. Enjoy an empowering vinyasa flow with elements of power to engage your core, improve your balance, and build your strength. Including a head to toe stretch to leave you feeling great and ready to start your day!  
  • Flex and Flow Pilates: In Flex & Flow we will work on utilizing Pilates principles in our movement to challenge flexibility and deep core strength.  Great class for beginners to Pilates and for those wanting to progress to Power Pilates.
