Inspired by ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training, this Barre class is designed to sculpt long, lean muscles. You’ll move to the beat of fun, energizing music while improving your muscular endurance, balance, and flexibility.

BodyPump is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups of the body, increase core strength, and improve bone health to leave you lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets.

This high energy workout will challenge you by incorporating both strength and cardiovascular movements. You can expect medium-high intensity, fast-paced movements, plyometric drills and the use of kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, and more. This class is great for those looking to minimize time at the gym while maximizing strength and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome. 

Cardio Hip Hop is a dance-based fitness class revolving around Hip Hop and other similar music. It is a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves to create a balanced workout. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required.

Cardio Kickboxing is a martial art inspired class with fast-paced cardio workouts. This non0contact, full body workout will get your heart racing and leave you feeling empowered. You will learn how to safely go through series of stances, punches, and kick combinations (that can be modified to be low or high impact). Come improve your agility, speed balance, flexibility, stability, and coordination. No equipment is required. 

During this class individuals will get a full body stretch using movements that will increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, focus on core strength of lower back and abdominal muscles, and help improve muscular balance.

Latin Rhythm is a dance-based fitness class revolving around Latin-based music and dance moves. These include salsa, cumbia, merengue, bachata, reggaeton and other Latin-based music. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced by linking conscious breath with fluid movement. It becomes a moving meditation by combining several Yoga postures in a sequence which flows like a dance. This yoga class creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

Yoga is a stretch-based fitness class that unites your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga participants.
