Class descriptions

This high energy workout will challenge you by incorporating both strength and cardiovascular movements. You can expect medium-high intensity, fast-paced movements, plyometric drills and the use of kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, and more. This class is great for those looking to minimize time at the gym while maximizing strength and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome.

During this class individuals will get a full body stretch using movements that will increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, focus on core strength of lower back and abdominal muscles, and help improve muscular balance.

This class will focus on strengthening the entire body while improving stamina, posture, and flexibility. Through a series of controlled, low-impact movements, you’ll engage your core, enhance muscle tone, and increase your endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in Pilates, each session is designed to challenge you at your own pace while promoting balance, alignment, and mindful movement. Come ready to build strength from the inside out and leave feeling stronger, longer, and more energized.

In Flex & Flow we will work on utilizing Pilates principles in our movement to challenge flexibility and deep core strength. 

Hip Hop Cardio is a dance-based fitness class revolving around Hip Hop and other similar music. It is a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves to create a balanced workout. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required.

Latin Rhythm is a dance-based fitness class revolving around Latin-based music and dance moves. These include salsa, cumbia, merengue, bachata, reggaeton and other Latin-based music. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required.

Pop it is a dance-based fitness class revolving around upbeat pop music and fun, easy-to-follow dance moves. The class features routines to feel-good pop tracks, mixing cardio, rhythm, and simple choreography. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required.

Power Pilates is a dynamic hour long full-body workout that blends Pilates principles and strength-building movements. In this class we will focus on deep core activation, flexibility, and strength training. 

Pump It Up Strength is a fast-paced, weights-based workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups of the body, increase core strength, and improve bone health to leave you lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets.

A gentle, slow-paced session focused on relaxation, mindful movement, and deep stretching. Using breath work and supported exercises. This class helps release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance in the body, perfect for recovery, stress relief, and reconnecting with mindful movement.

Energize and strengthen your core to the rhythm of Pilates. Experience an abdominal burn with a steady paced class thats filled with controlled challenges and suitable for all fitness levels. Strengthen both the mind and body through this mix of classical and core focused Pilates.

Discover strength in stillness and power in movement. Rooted and Radiant is a Pilates class that will ground your body, center your mind, and ignite your inner radiance. This flow is a dynamic integration of deep core activation, breathwork, and intentional movement that will empower you to build stability from the inside out. Appropriate for all levels! Come as you are, and leave feeling rooted and radiant within. 

Sculpt Pilates offers high intensity intervals to feel the burn, build muscle, and improve endurance. Focusing on core activation and full body toning, this class is meant to challenge your limits and leave you feeling stronger!

Ride your way toward improved fitness with varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat roads and more. This cardio workout will keep your heart rate up and your mind engaged. Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor by controlling your resistance and speed to match your personal fitness level.

Pilates class with classical structures focused on building both strength and mobility with low impact, but highly impactful, exercises. These sessions will prioritize movement to improve functionality and performance in everyday life.

Stretch and Strength is a great class to increase flexibility and build strength. In this hour class will explore movement that improves balance, core stability, and movement quality. 

Zumba is a dance-based fitness class revolving around Latin rhythms (salsa, cumbia, merengue, bachata and reggaeton) and other international music. It is a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves to create a balanced workout. All levels of fitness may attend this class, and no dance background is required.
