Thanksgiving Break Hours:

Recreation & Wellness will have modified hours November 21st – 26th. Visit the Hours of Operations page for a full schedule. As part of our break hours, all Group Exercise classes will end by 7:00pm on 11/21 and resume after 5:00pm 11/26.

Edible Wisdom On-line

Edible Wisdom On-line is a Canvas organization that allows you to learn about healthy eating on your own time and at your own pace.  Simply self-enroll and select any topic that interests you.



Edible Wisdom Workshop

Edible Wisdom is an in-person nutrition workshop series designed to fuse the professional recommendations of a Registered Dietitian and the practical advice of fellow peers to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to promote healthful eating habits.  It is a 3-part series located in the Kaplan Center for Wellness (Room 205).

Part 1:         Learn what healthful eating really means.  Identify motivators to help you make positive, long-term changes.

Part 2:         Identify obstacles to healthy eating and learn strategies to overcome them.

Part 3:         Receive a personalized nutrition guide.  Identify healthful meals and snacks.
