We offer American Red Cross CPR courses taught by experienced instructors, which include online learning, in-person lectures, videos, demonstrations, practice and testing skill scenarios. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certification that is valid for two years.
Course Descriptions:
Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED (Lay Responder): This is the basic level course incorporating the latest science and teaches to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies, as well as how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age.
CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers with First Aid (CPRO): This is a more advanced training where professional rescuers are trained to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants until more advanced medical personnel take over, with the addition of caring for first aid emergencies.
Certification Requirements:
- Complete online learning prior to the class session.
- Attend and participate in class session.
- Demonstrate competency in all required skills and activities.
