Student Membership - UNCG Recreation & Wellness

Paying the Student Activity Fee? Your membership is included in your tuition!

For students not currently paying the Student Activity Fee and considered an online student (i.e., online students, students taking courses at the Union Square campus)
Must have a UNCG student ID card.
A liability waiver must be signed upon joining AND renewing
Failure to comply with policies and procedures could result in termination of membership privileges.
This fee must be paid up front and is not eligible to be charged to the student account.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless membership is canceled within three business days of initial purchase. Membership fees are non-transferable to other membership periods and to other persons. Membership fees are subject to change at the beginning of each annual year.

For students not enrolled in summer semester classes
A liability waiver must be signed upon joining AND renewing
Students must have been enrolled in the previous spring semester and currently enrolled/planning to enroll in the following fall semester.
Students enrolled in classes for either summer session will have access the entire semester.
Failure to comply with policies and procedures could result in termination of membership privileges.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless membership is canceled within three business days of initial purchase. Membership fees are non-transferable to other membership periods and to other persons. Membership fees are subject to change at the beginning of each annual year.

For an individual being sponsored by a current UNCG student.
Must be at least 18 years of age and present a government issued ID
A Kaplan Center ID Card will be made to access the facility
A parking pass comes complimentary with membership purchase
A liability waiver must be signed upon joining AND renewing
Sponsor must be present upon joining AND renewing
The sponsor assumes full responsibility for all actions and behaviors of their additional member.
Membership does not allow participation in Intramural or Club Sports programs
Membership is not eligible to sponsor someone else for a membership
