The Glenwood neighborhood is defined as the area bounded by Freeman Mill Road, W. Gate City Blvd, and Coliseum Blvd.
Glenwood Affiliates are required to provide proof of residence both at the initial membership application and each time the membership is renewed. Proof of residence includes (not limited to):
- current utility bill
- personal checks
- current lease agreement
- current insurance bill or card
- current credit card statement
- current bank statement
- pay stub(s)
- government-issued check
- bank statement
- IRS documentation

Glenwood Affiliate Membership
- For an individual who resides in the Glenwood neighborhood.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and present both a government issued photo ID and proof of residence.
- A parking pass comes complimentary with membership purchase.
- A Kaplan Center ID Card will be made to access the facility.
- A liability waiver must be signed upon joining AND renewing.
- Membership does not allow participation in Intramural or Club Sports programs.
- Failure to comply with policies and procedures could result in termination of membership privileges.
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless membership is canceled within three business days of initial purchase. Membership fees are non-transferable to other membership periods and to other persons. Membership fees are subject to change at the beginning of each annual year.
Glenwood Affiliate Additional Membership
Investment- $100.00 per academic semester / $75.00 per summer semester
- For an individual being sponsored by a current Glenwood Affiliate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and present a government issued photo ID.
- A parking pass comes complimentary with membership purchase.
- A Kaplan Center ID Card will be made to access the facility.
- A liability waiver must be signed upon joining AND renewing.
- Sponsor must be present upon joining AND renewing.
- The sponsor assumes full responsibility for all actions and behaviors of their additional member.
- Membership does not allow participation in Intramural or Club Sports programs.
- Membership is not eligible to sponsor someone else for a membership.
- Failure to comply with policies and procedures could result in termination of membership privileges.
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless membership is canceled within three business days of initial purchase. Membership fees are non-transferable to other membership periods and to other persons. Membership fees are subject to change at the beginning of each annual year.
