Personal Training Prep Course
1/31/18-4/11/18 / 4:00PM – 5:30PM (Every Monday/Wednesday – Meeting Room A)

Learn the ins and outs of personal training and prepare yourself for the ACE (American Council on Exercise) national certification. The ACE university program is to provide practical experience needed to become a personal training. No pre-requisite required.

BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement. SHBAM

NETA Mat Pilates

De-Mystify the man and the movement in this 2-day, intensive Workshop. Learn the ABC’S of Pilates Principles: Alignment, Breathing, Control and Stability. “Return to Life” through Pilates fundamental exercises. Zumba® Basic 1

The Zumba® Basic Level 1 Instructor Training (also known as Zumba® Basic) prepares you with the foundation and formula to teach a Zumba class. You will learn the steps to four basic rhythms (merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton); how to put them together into a song; and how to create your first Zumba® class. We provide you with all the tools and resources you need to teach a Zumba® class. There are no prerequisites.

Zumba® Basic 2

The Zumba® Basic Level 2 Instructor Training (also known as Zumba® Basic 2) covers steps for four more rhythms (belly dance, flamenco, tango and samba). It reinforces the Zumba formula for success and provides an easy, fun and effective class for everyone. you’ll learn new techniques, network and share choreography with fellow instructors, and enhance your professional status and skills. License: One year basic Zumba license. Prerequisite: Must be a current Zumba Instructor (50% off for ZIN™ Members).

YOGAFIT LEVEL ONE: Foundations

The first step on the path toward becoming a yoga teacher or simply deepening your practice, Level One provides the tools to create inspiring vinyasa yoga classes grounded in proper alignment and the safety of exercise science. You will learn forty-six fundamental YogaFit poses needed to teach an inclusive, well rounded, and safe yoga class to students for all ages, fitness levels, and experience. The physical execution, transitions, and modifications for each pose to ensure that it is safe and effective for every body type. How to create dynamic vinyasa sequencing and flowing class formats based on YogaFit’s three-mountain class structure.

LES MILLS GRIT

Certify to be a LES MILLS GRIT Coach over a weekend.
